Shipping and Refunds
BattleInk Invitations is NOT responsible for any shipping charges, either from the manufacturer, our location or to you, the customer.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Once you have purchased your invitation package, and entered all necessary information, you will receive a proof for all items. Carefully go over each item and if there are any mistakes, they will be corrected free of charge. However, once you have approved the proofs of each item YOU are responsible for any mistakes and the cost of making corrections, as well as any and all costs of re-printing and additional shipping charges involved.
If you are sincerely not happy with your order, or a mistake on our part has been made, please contact us at info@battleinkinvitations and we will do our very best to correct everything to your satisfaction.
Once your purchase has been made, and your proofs have been approved, we can not give anyone a refund.
We do NOT make exchanges, only correcting any errors on our part or that of the manufacturer, whichever applies. Errors that are your responsibility can be fixed if there is enough time but it must be at the expense of you, the customer.
